Breakfast for parrots and their people.

Soaked almonds, wheat berries, buckwheat groats, quinoa, and blueberries. Just soak ingredients overnight in cool water, rinse well and drain the next morning and add some blueberries. Delicious!

    my wheat berries say *Hard wheat berries* are they the same thing.. and to soak over night is that on the counter or in the fridge?

    • Yes, they are hard winter wheat berries, and leave them out on the counter.
